An independent agency, not an airline
MyFlightsAssist is a travel agency and concierge service. We don't sell tickets on behalf of any single airline, and we don't work for one. Our job is to represent the traveler: understanding what's actually possible on a booking, and doing the legwork of changes, rebooking and follow-up so you don't have to sit on hold to do it yourself.
A quick note on fees
Airlines set their own fares, penalties and fare rules. Separately, MyFlightsAssist may charge a professional service fee for the work our team does on your behalf. We'll always be clear about which is which before you commit to anything.

Are you an airline, or affiliated with one?
No. MyFlightsAssist is an independent travel agency and concierge service. We're not owned by, contracted with, or acting on behalf of any airline. When we help with a booking, we're working on your side of the conversation, not the airline's.
Do you charge a fee?
Our assistance can involve a professional service fee, separate from anything the airline charges. We publish the structure on our Service Fees page and we'll confirm anything specific to your case before you agree to it.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
A member of our travel team reviews the details you send and follows up by phone or email, usually with clarifying questions or a set of options, depending on what you need.
Can you help with international flights?
Yes. We work with both US domestic and international itineraries, including the airlines listed on our Supported Airlines page and others on request.
