Cancellation Policy

This page explains what happens when you ask MyFlightsAssist to cancel a flight or other travel arrangement on your behalf.

Before you cancel

We review your fare's actual cancellation terms before recommending anything. Depending on the ticket, cancelling could result in a full refund, a travel credit for future use, or in some cases limited value back — we'll explain what applies to your ticket specifically.

Airline-initiated cancellations

If an airline cancels your flight, you may have rights to a refund or rebooking that differ from a traveler-initiated cancellation. We help you understand and pursue the option that applies.

Cancelling a MyFlightsAssist request

If you want to cancel a request you've submitted to us before we've completed it, contact us as soon as possible. If work has already been carried out on your request, our service fee terms on the Service Fees page apply.
