An Independent Travel Agency, Built for the Moments Booking Sites Don't Handle Well
MyFlightsAssist exists because most flight problems don't happen at the moment of booking — they happen after, when a schedule changes, a connection is missed, or a plan needs to shift and the original booking channel isn't built to help with that.
What we are
We're a travel agency and concierge service, not an airline. That distinction matters: it means we work on behalf of the traveler, not the carrier. When a booking needs to change, we're looking for the option that actually works for you within what the airline's rules allow — not trying to protect the airline's revenue.
Our team handles new bookings, existing-reservation issues, cancellations, rebooking, upgrades and group travel for US travelers, across both domestic and international itineraries.
What we're not
We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any airline. We don't have special access to airline systems beyond what any travel agency uses, and we don't set airline fares, fees or policies — those are the airline's to set, and we work within them.
We're also not a call center reading from a script. Every inquiry gets reviewed by someone who looks at the actual booking before responding.

We check the actual rules
Fare rules, change policies and refund eligibility vary by ticket, so we check yours specifically rather than assuming.
We handle the follow-through
Once you approve a course of action, we make the change and confirm it went through correctly.
