What we can help with
Domestic changes and cancellations
Alaska's West Coast network — Seattle, Portland, San Diego and Anchorage — means most domestic changes connect through one of these hubs.
New international itineraries
2026 marked Alaska's entry into transatlantic flying. We help plan these new route options and handle any changes that arise.
Rebooking after disruptions
Alaska is restructuring its Seattle hub toward international flying, routing more domestic connections through Portland and Anchorage.
Name corrections
We sort name mismatches on Alaska bookings before they cause problems at check-in.
Traveling with Alaska Airlines
Alaska Airlines is headquartered in Seattle and operates primarily across the US West Coast, with major hubs at Seattle-Tacoma (SEA), Portland (PDX), San Diego (SAN) and Anchorage (ANC). For 2026, Alaska is its largest network ever — 142 destinations — including its first-ever transatlantic flying, with new nonstop routes from Seattle to Rome, London Heathrow and Reykjavik launching in spring 2026 using 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.
Alaska is a member of the oneworld alliance, which connects its network to American Airlines, British Airways, Japan Airlines and other partners. San Diego is the carrier's fastest-growing hub, with 80% capacity growth between 2023 and 2026.
Alaska routes and key city pairs
Within the US, Alaska runs strong service between the Pacific Northwest and major destinations like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Denver and the Hawaiian islands. From Portland and Anchorage, it added seven new routes for summer 2026, including Anchorage's first-ever nonstop to Boston.
The new Seattle international routes — Rome (April 2026), Reykjavik (May 2026) and London Heathrow (May 2026) — represent the airline's first transatlantic service and run on the 787-9 with lie-flat Business Class suites.
Route information reflects the published network for Alaska Airlines as of September 2026 and can change; check the airline directly for current schedules.
How MyFlightsAssist can help
Alaska's domestic and newly launched international network involves some route structures that are genuinely new — the Seattle transatlantic routes especially. We check your fare's specific terms and, for the international itineraries in particular, look at the full routing before recommending any change.
Any fare, fee or penalty set by Alaska Airlines is separate from our own professional service fee. See our Service Fees page for details.
