Service Fees
MyFlightsAssist is an independent travel agency. Our professional service may involve a fee for the work our team does on your behalf. This fee is separate from any airline or supplier charge.
Two separate things: airline charges and our fee
When you work with us on a booking, change or cancellation, there can be two distinct amounts involved:
Airline & supplier charges
Fares, fare differences, change fees, cancellation penalties, taxes and any other amounts the airline or travel supplier charges under its own fare rules. These go to the airline or supplier — not to MyFlightsAssist. We do not set or control these.
MyFlightsAssist service fee
A professional fee for the work our travel team does: researching options, handling the change or booking, and following through to confirm it. This is our charge for our time and expertise, and it is separate from anything the airline charges.
Our service fee range
MyFlightsAssist professional service fees generally range from USD $50–$500, depending on the nature and complexity of the request and the ticket or itinerary involved. A straightforward booking inquiry is typically at the lower end of that range; complex multi-leg changes or group travel coordination may fall higher.
We will always tell you the applicable fee before you commit to any paid service. You will not be charged a MyFlightsAssist service fee you were not informed of in advance.
The fee range above applies to MyFlightsAssist's professional service only. Any airline fare, fare difference, penalty, tax or other charge from an airline or supplier is separate and depends on the fare conditions and the airline's or supplier's own rules.
What we are clear about
- MyFlightsAssist service fees are our charge — not an airline charge.
- Airline and supplier charges depend on your specific ticket and their policies; we do not set or control them.
- We will inform you of the applicable MyFlightsAssist service fee before any paid service proceeds.
- We do not collect credit card numbers, CVV codes, banking credentials or account passwords through our general inquiry forms.
